Since all dresses are made to order, our cancellation and return policies are stricter than standard items. Please order carefully.

2. Will my dress look exactly like the photos?
As our dresses are handmade, they may not be 100% identical to the pictures. Each piece is about 90% similar to the displayed design. If you have specific requests, please inform us before production to avoid alteration fees.

Cancellation Policy

• Within 24 hours of payment confirmation → Full refund
• 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation → Partial refund (full shipping cost + 50% of the dress price)
• After 72 hours → Partial refund (only shipping cost)
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Return Policy
